Build easy and flexible reports in Excel to report your Sage financials for one or multiple company codes. Similar to what FRx might have been, had it not been retired.
Excel Setup
This is a sample setup in excel for the Sage ABC company. The
excel format is carried through to the final spreadsheet, the data
is updated based on the fiscal year/ fiscal period that you report.The software has both a Design and Run page. For normal monthly operations, the user would just select the report or reports to run and enter the fiscal period. The software will write the reports to the template directory using a period end date suffix.
The excel commands are split into 3 parts, the company code, the function, and the GL account or range. Get the full user manual HERE.
